You may order using Visa/Mastercard, Check, or Money Order.  Credit card info may be
    submitted via mail or in a phone order.  Orders are taken at half down, half when ready to
    ship.  You will typically order by phone after leaving a message for me and my returning
    your call.   Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal service unless you direct otherwise.
